Bala selvam (Born 13 May 1995) is a one of the world's most wanted Informix-4GL developer.

Nagappan hails from Eruvadi(Tirunelveli) in Tamil Nadu and had his initial schooling there. He is the Rank no.1 student in Elementry scool and Higher secondary school and completed his computer science and engineering in Anna University, Tirunelveli.
